Seoul Cosmetic Surgery is the medical concierge service of East Meets West Inc., a Korean government-licensed international patient facilitator (KHIDI Reg. No. A-2016-01-01-2642) operating since 2016. We have guided 5,000+ patients from 20+ countries through a vetted network of 30+ Seoul clinics, with English-language service centred on Australian and American patients.
What we actually do: honest pre-travel consultation (including advising against treatment when warranted), specialist matching with reasoning shown, itemised transparent quoting from Korean fee schedules, bilingual coordination through every appointment, and structured aftercare that continues after you fly home.
How we are paid — stated plainly because most of the industry will not: through transparent coordination built into written quotes, under a licence that carries reporting obligations to the Korean government and is revocable. That licence, and a decade of outcomes attached to our name, is the alignment mechanism. We decline more procedures than we book; the patients who return, and send their families, are why that works as a business.
